PROGRAM

OLEOS

The Oleo Program is not just a production line; it is the cornerstone on which Flora Nueva was founded.

It was our first act of dissent against extractive logic: we decided that communities should no longer export sacks of seeds while wealth is created elsewhere. We chose to root transformation and value addition in the very territories where crops are grown.

Vegetable oils were our strategic starting point. Their primary transformation, without the need for large-scale industrial infrastructure, allowed us to democratize technology and demonstrate, from the outset, that the Village Industry model is viable, profitable, and scalable.

A SHARED VALUE CYCLE

This program transforms crops such as chia and hibiscus (jamaica) into high-purity oils through a model of deep cooperation. We do not simply purchase the harvest; we co-create the entire value chain:

  1. Planting & Technical Support: We provide seeds and technical guidance, walking alongside producers from the very first sprout.
  2. Harvest & Post-Harvest: Families carry out harvesting, sorting, and on-site drying, ensuring the quality of the raw material.
  3. In-Situ Transformation: Oil extraction takes place within our Village Industry, ensuring that the industrial process is both rigorous and collective.
  4. Commercialization: We market the final product. Redistribution: We close the loop by redistributing profits back to the community, injecting capital that strengthens long-term autonomy.

Más que aceites, producimos modelos sostenibles. Este programa prueba que la co-producción y la industrialización comunitaria es posible, sentando las bases de confianza y solidez financiera que hoy nos permiten desafiar agrocadenas aún más complejas.
