THE OLEOS

PROGRAM

The Oleo Program is not just a production line; it is the cornerstone on which Flora Nueva was built.

We drew a line. Communities would no longer ship raw seeds across the world while wealth accumulated somewhere else.

Transformation belongs where life is — and that conviction became the foundation of everything we built.

A SHARED VALUE CYCLE

This program transforms crops like Chia and Hibiscus into oils of exceptional purity — through a model of deep cooperation. We don’t simply buy the harvest. We co-create the entire value chain:

  1. Planting & Technical Support: We provide seeds and technical guidance, walking alongside producers from the very first sprout.
  2. Harvest & Post-Harvest: Families carry out harvesting, sorting, and on-site drying, ensuring the quality of the raw material.
  3. In-Situ Transformation: Oil extraction takes place within our Village Industry, ensuring that the industrial process is both rigorous and collective.
  4. Commercialization: We market the final product.
  5. Redistribution: We close the loop by redistributing profits back to the community, injecting capital that strengthens long-term autonomy.

More than oils, we produce sustainable models. This program is proof that community co-production and industrialization are possible — laying the foundations of trust and financial solidity that allow us today to take on ever more complex value chains.
