PACÍFICO

Nestled in a mountainous territory with a semi-arid climate, this finca is a testament to resilience and adaptation. We took on steep slopes and intense sun — and turned a challenging terrain into a thriving, productive land.

Across its ±2 hectares, we show how smart water management and crop diversification can transform a mountain into an opportunity — proving that the small family farming model is viable, profitable and regenerative, even under demanding conditions.

In alliance with CoopeCuna, Finca Caribe operates as a living laboratory where an abundance of water and fertile soils are transformed into productive excellence.

By mirroring the density of the forest, we prove that high yields and harmony with the jungle are not opposites. In a landscape dominated by banana and pineapple monocultures, this finca stands as an oasis of agrodiversity and agroecology — a finca-school and living showcase that inspires and accompanies families across the region toward regenerative productive models.

We have built a space of agroecological inspiration — where collective knowledge and participatory research flow freely between Flora Nueva and our producers.

Together with the families who are part of our alliance, we have woven a network of finca-schools that honor their knowledge and celebrate their excellence. From these fincas, tomorrow’s ingredients germinate — and change pollinates across the territories.
