Our central axis is the generation of in-situ value addition. Through our Village Industry facilities and community-based processing, we transform raw materials at their place of origin. This ensures that wealth does not leak away as a simple ingredient, but is retained and redistributed locally—laying the foundation for the economic autonomy of families.
This model is sustained by an unbreakable collective approach. We do not impose formulas; we listen, learn, and work in direct alliance with producers to co-create fair and resilient value chains.

ASSOCIATED PROGRAMS
OLEOS
This is our genesis and our first act of industrial independence. We transform local seeds and crops into high-purity vegetable oils, breaking the extractive cycle of exporting raw materials and instead exporting finished products. From pressing to filtration, this accessible technology allowed us to prove that added value must remain at origin—redistributing prosperity directly to those who cultivate the land.
COFFEE
We challenge the logic of commodities by building a comprehensive and regenerative agro value chain.
More than a crop, coffee is our solutions laboratory for confronting an unequal global market. We transform the value chain end-to-end, diversifying the offer into roasted beans, oleos, and high-purity extracts.
We empower families to take ownership of their processes while raising social and environmental standards. Here, agroecological excellence generates not only quality, but autonomy and justice for those who grow it.
CACAO
We reclaim the Mesoamerican legacy by co-creating with farming communities to restore the true value of cocoa.
We move beyond raw material sales to master fermentation, drying, and roasting within the territory itself. Our goal is Community Chocolate Making: an intercultural adaptation that brings the bean-to-bar process to remote areas. In this way, the guardians of tradition cease to be mere suppliers and become owners of their own chocolate.
VANILLA
An agro value chain born from the Farm-School concept, co-created with producers to avoid dependency and strengthen social fabric.
Rather than imposing a model, we advance in parallel by sharing knowledge and technological packages to cultivate vanilla of excellence. It is an exercise in patience and unity, where organized collectives guarantee the volume and quality needed to access fair markets and shield themselves from volatility.
ESSENTIAL OILS
We distill the essence of medicinal and aromatic plants from Costa Rica’s vast biodiversity through 100% community-based processes.
This program brings transformation into the heart of families, who operate their own stills to produce essences such as Juanilama and Oregano.
